At Alux Profile, we offer shipping to most countries worldwide.
If your country is not currently listed at checkout, please send us an email, and we’ll gladly prepare a custom shipping quote for you.

📌 Important Information for Non-EU Orders

There are a few important differences when ordering from non-EU countries. These are outlined in detail in our Terms and Conditions – Section XI. Below are the key points:

• 🟡 Minimum order value: €200

• 💳 Full payment is required before shipping

• ❌ Orders cannot be modified after payment (no changes or additions possible)

• 🔄 No returns are accepted from non-EU countries

🚚 Shipping Details

• All international orders are shipped via UPS

• The maximum profile length we can ship is 2500 mm

• Shipments are sent under DAP Incoterms (Delivered at Place)

Additional charges may apply upon import into your country. These may include:

• VAT or local taxes

• Import duties

• Customs clearance or administrative fees
