At Aluxprofile, we do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible – this is one of our top priorities.
📅 Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days.
🧩 If your order does not require profile cutting, the processing time is usually 2 business days.
✂️ For custom-cut profiles, please allow up to 6 business days for production, although in most cases we ship earlier.

🚚 Delivery Time

📦 Once your order is packed, we hand it over to the courier, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
🕓 In some cases, the package may not be picked up by the courier on the same day it is packed.
📬 After it has been collected, delivery usually takes between 2 and 6 business days.
📦📦 Depending on the contents, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

📦 Shipping Information

📏 Profiles up to 2500 mm are typically shipped via UPS courier service.
🚛 Larger orders (over 60 kg or longer than 2500 mm) may require longer delivery times – we consolidate similar shipments to reduce shipping costs.

⚡ If you select express shipping, your order will receive priority handling and will be shipped as quickly as possible.
