Can I return a product?

Yes, it is possible to return purchased profile accessories.
However, please note that aluminum profiles cut to custom dimensions are not eligible for return, as they are manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

What is the thread length?

The minimum thread length for M6, M8, and M12 is 30 mm.

Delivery & Payment

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, in most cases, it is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped.
However, please note that we cannot always guarantee this, especially for orders that are already prepared for dispatch.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders that include aluminum profiles up to 2.5 meters in length are usually prepared and shipped within 2–6 business days.
Accessories available in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order.

For profiles longer than 2.5 meters, special transport is required, which may extend the delivery time.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us – we’ll do our best to deliver your order on time.

What shipping methods are available?

Our shipments are handled based on the type and dimensions of the ordered products – to ensure the highest level of service.
Below are our standard delivery methods:

No, our logo is only on the images on the website. The products we deliver are without logo.
