Roller element without guide
The Roller element without guide is a compact roller module for building custom roller tracks and simple conveyor/slide surfaces on aluminium T-slot profile frames. By mounting multiple elements in a row, you can create a smooth-running support surface for boxes, panels, totes, or workpieces in production, packing, and workshop environments.
Made from durable nylon plastic, this roller element provides low-friction rolling and good wear resistance for everyday industrial and DIY use. It is compatible with 40- and 45-series aluminium profiles and can be mounted using M4 screws (typically in combination with T-slot nuts or hammer nuts, depending on your profile system).
