Roller element with guide
The Roller element with guide is a compact roller module designed for building roller tracks and simple conveyor/slide lines on aluminium T-slot profile frames. The integrated guide flange helps keep items aligned on the track, making it a great choice for controlled movement of boxes, panels, totes, or workpieces in production, packing, and workshop environments.
Made from durable nylon plastic, this roller element offers low-friction rolling and good wear resistance for everyday industrial and DIY use. It is compatible with 40- and 45-series aluminium profiles and can be mounted using M4 screws (typically in combination with T-slot nuts or hammer nuts, depending on your profile system).
