The Hammer nut is easy to install, it can be installed anywhere along the T-slot and doesn?t require the slot to be open on either side to install. The hammer nut can be positioned in the right place, and when a screw is turned the hammer nut will be turned 90 degrees and locks into place. The main advantage of this nut is that it?s the cheapest option in the T-slot nut programme. This hammer nut is suited for 6 mm T-slot and has a M4 thread.
