Cover cap 2040 (20x40) – plastic end cap for aluminium T-slot & V-slot profiles (glass-fiber reinforced PA)

The Cover cap 2040 is a durable plastic end cap designed to neatly close the open ends of 20x40 aluminium T-slot and V-slot profiles. It gives your construction a clean, professional finish while helping to protect the profile end from impact damage and reducing the chance of dirt and debris entering the profile.

Made from glass-fiber reinforced PA (polyamide) with a 2.5 mm thick face, this end cap is a practical finishing detail for machine frames, guards, enclosures, workstations, 3D printer frames, jigs, and DIY builds based on 20x40 profiles.

Easy press-fit installation

The cap is designed as a push-in / press-fit part. Simply press it into the profile end by hand. If a tighter fit is required, you can gently tap it in using a soft-faced hammer to avoid marking the cap.
