The Inner Bracket  is a practical and cost-effective way to connect T-slot 10, 45 series aluminium construction profiles quickly and neatly from the inside. Because the connector sits largely inside the profile grooves, it helps keep the outside of your frame clean—ideal for machine frames, guards, workstations, prototypes, and general aluminium profile constructions where speed and simplicity matter.

The connector body is made from die-cast zinc, offering a solid fit and reliable performance for everyday builds. Each inner bracket is supplied with 2x DIN 914 M8x12 set screws. Assembly is straightforward: position the connector in the profile, align the second profile, and then tighten the set screws. As you turn the screws, the connector locks into place and fixes the profiles relative to each other—no complex machining or special tools required beyond a standard hex key.

How this connector performs

This type of internal connector is designed mainly to fix profiles in position. Unlike some heavy-duty joining methods, it does not strongly pull the profiles together during tightening. That means it’s not the strongest option for applications with high bending loads, heavy vibration, or where maximum joint rigidity is required.
