Uniblock Plate Mounting Block – Transparent Plastic, T-slot 10 (45 Series), with Pre-assembled Sliding M6 Nut (6 mm Adjustment)
The Uniblock is a practical mounting block made from transparent plastic, designed for T-slot 10 aluminium construction profiles (45 series). It is mainly used to attach plates, panels, and other components to your profile frame quickly and neatly. Because the block is transparent, it stays visually unobtrusive and makes it easier to see positioning during assembly.
The main advantage of the Uniblock is that it helps you deal with small inaccuracies during installation. Inside the block there is a pre-assembled M6 square nut that has 6 mm of movement (up and down). This gives you valuable tolerance compensation when the holes in your plate are not perfectly aligned or when you want a bit of extra freedom during final positioning. On top of that, the Uniblock itself can be positioned slightly left or right in the profile slot before tightening, making alignment even easier without reworking parts.
Mounting is fast: insert the Uniblock into the profile slot and lock it by turning it 90°. Then screw in an M6 (Allen/hex socket) bolt into the pre-mounted nut to clamp your plate or component securely against the profile. This makes the Uniblock ideal for mounting side panels, covers, brackets, sensor plates, and custom sheet-metal or plastic plates—especially in builds where you want a forgiving, adjustable mounting method.
